Featuring fragrant fresh mint and creamy avocado, this chocolate treat will fill you up and leave you feeling focused and happy.

Chocolate can actually be a very healthy part of your breakfast. Cacao powder is incredibly rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-boosting phytochemicals. It also has energizing properties to help you power up for a big day.

  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1⁄3 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves, chopped, plus more for garnish
  • ½ large avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 packet of Morning Shake protein powder or 2 scoops (about 2 tablespoons) collagen powder
  • 1½ tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 ice cubes 
  • Pinch of sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve with a sprig of fresh mint.
