Add some zest into your morning with this Lemon Poppy Smoothie. It’s super easy to make, packed with nutritious ingredients, and really tasty!

  •  1 packet 10 Day Reset Morning Shake or 2 scoops collagen powder (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds 
  • ¼ cup frozen zucchini 
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter 
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened 
  • 6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, blend for 20 seconds, and serve
