Feel free to play around with ingredients: switch the spinach for any other leafy green, such as arugula or kale, avocado could be replaced with frozen zucchini or cauliflower, and coconut cream could be replaced with a handful of cashews or cashew butter.

Loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats, a delicious kiwi smoothie could be the perfect healthy breakfast or snack option to help curb hunger and sneak in that extra boost of nutrition to your diet. Kiwi freezes very well, just simply peel, slice and pop them into the freezer.
