Ingredients
  • 1 scoop of Pegan Shake Powder or any protein/collagen powder
  • ⅓ cup cubed honeydew melon
  • 1 Persian cucumber, peeled 
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, packed 
  • ⅛ slice avocado, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened (We used light canned coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit maple syrup (optional)
  • Handful of ice
Preparation

Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. 












*For a lighter shake use any vanilla non-dairy milk instead of canned coconut milk. In that case, omit the vanilla extract.
