Golden Milk Protein Latte
- 1 scoop of Pegan Shake Powder or any protein/collagen powder
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch ground black pepper
- ¼ cup canned light coconut cream
- 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened
- ½ vanilla pod, seeds scraped
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit maple syrup (optional)
- Dry rose petals
- Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 6 minutes or until hot.
- Sprinkle optional rose petals & enjoy!
