  • 1 scoop of Pegan Shake powder or any protein/collagen powder
  • ½ cup cold brewed coffee
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk, or any nut milk to substitute for a lighter shake
  • ⅓ cup zucchini, frozen 
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter 
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit maple syrup (optional)  
  • Handful of ice

Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
