Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Pegan Shake Powder or any protein/collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon organic matcha green tea
  • ¼ cup avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
  • ½ cup light coconut milk, canned
  • ¼ cup filtered water
  • Handful of ice

Preparation

  1. Add all of the shake ingredients, aside from the ice, to a high speed blender and blend for 30 second, then add the ice and blend for another 30 seconds.

*Coconut milk can be replaced with any unsweetened non-dairy milk.
