Avocado Green Tea Smoothie
- 1 scoop of Pegan Shake Powder or any protein/collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon organic matcha green tea
- ¼ cup avocado, mashed
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
- ½ cup light coconut milk, canned
- ¼ cup filtered water
- Handful of ice
- Add all of the shake ingredients, aside from the ice, to a high speed blender and blend for 30 second, then add the ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
*Coconut milk can be replaced with any unsweetened non-dairy milk.
